Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Vista Auto Glass unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please pay from the invoice provided. No statement will be issued.
2. Overdue Accounts
Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 2.5% per month, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.
3. Debt Recovery Costs
The customer will be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by Vista Auto Glass in recovering overdue amounts, including debt collection fees, legal costs, and any other recovery costs.
4. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of any goods supplied by Vista Auto Glass will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.
5. Original Part Numbers and Descriptions
Original part numbers, vehicle manufacturer references, and product descriptions are used for identification and reference purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista Auto Glass’ liability is limited, at our discretion, to either:
- the cost price of the goods supplied; or
- the replacement of the goods at no charge.
Vista Auto Glass will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-use costs unless required by law.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote, booking work, receiving goods or services, or making payment, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
